Easy Returns, Clear Process
Spell offers a 30-day return period from the date of purchase. Items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed and with all tags attached. Customers are encouraged to try on their pieces promptly to ensure they are returned within this time if needed.
Returns are processed once the items have passed a quality check. Refunds or credit notes are issued to the original payment method. If a promotional gift was included with the order, it must be returned as well, or its value will be deducted. Due to limited stock, exchanges are not available.
