Can travel agents get a discount?
Discounts for travel agents are not available. All prices are set for everyone, and the best possible price is always offered to customers.

PayPal payments may take a little longer to process. Check if your PayPal account is verified and has enough funds. Once payment is complete, a confirmation will be sent to you.
What should I do if no tickets arrive?

What is the booking fee for?
The booking fee covers the costs of handling your ticket order, including payment processing. It is shown separately in your order summary.
Why does ticket price change each day?
Ticket prices can change depending on factors like time of year, day, or demand. Always check the price before buying, as some days may be cheaper than others.
Can professional guides enter free of charge?
Special tickets for guides are not always available. Free or reduced entry is shown at checkout if the venue allows it. Otherwise, standard prices apply.
Why must I pick a timeslot for some tickets?
Some venues need a timeslot to manage visitor numbers. The system will let you know if this is needed. For other tickets, you can visit at any time during opening hours.
How can I use a promo code?
Enter your promo code after choosing your tickets but before paying. Look for the promo code box at the bottom of the checkout page.
Is parking included with my ticket?
Parking is not usually included with tickets. If the venue offers parking for an extra fee, this will be shown when you book your tickets.
