Loyalty Program
Quandoo offers the most beneficiary Loyalty program for the people of Singapore with good food yearnings. Quandoo offers 400 welcome points as a reward when you sign up. On every table reservation, the customers get 100 points within 72 hours. If you review your experience for booking at Quandoo, you get 25 points within 48 hours. Referring Quandoo to a friend gives you 500 points. You can redeem these points in a bunch of promo codes: 1000, 5,000, and 10,000. Customers are entitled to cashback when redeeming points. Usage of 1000 points gives S$15, 5,000 points gives S$75, and usage of 10,000 points gives S$150 cashback. Every loyalty point is valid for 180 days only and will be transferred to your account.
Pay Easily and Dine-Out
Quandoo offers this service free of cost. But the customer will be required to pay at the restaurant as they would like. Moreover, for every booking and activity customers receive reward points, which are to be transferred to the bank account directly. As the customers are required to pay for the dine-in service at the restaurant only, it depends on the restaurant that how the payment could be made. Usually, customers can pay in cash or by card.
Cancellation Policy
The table booking can be cancelled at any point of time before the date of visiting the restaurant. The cancellation fee will be applied, which can be 100%, 50%, or 20% of the reservation amount (differs from restaurant to restaurant or the condition applies). The cancellation fee will be pre-clarified at the time of reservation; be sure to check it out first if you are unsure of your situation on the day the table is reserved. Make sure that you cancel your booking before the time of dine-in you have reserved. The cancellation could be made easily through a confirmation email or through the Quandoo website or app.

How do you apply the Quandoo Promo Code or referral code?

How do you edit reservation details in Quandoo?
Visit Quandoo home page and go to “reservations” and click on it. Browse the booking you wish to know about or make changes and click it. Know and edit the details consisting of the restaurant name & time of the reservation. You could amend changes like an increased number of people, date and time of reserving a table (a maximum of 20 people can be allowed for booking). Apply the changes you have made.
How do you cancel a reservation on Quandoo?
There are two methods to do so,
- First method -
1. Visit Quandoo and go to reservations.
2. Click on cancel from the next page.
3. Confirm by clicking on “Yes, cancel reservation”.
- Second method –
1. Go to inbox in email.
2. Open the Table Reservation confirmation email.
3. Click on ‘cancel your reservation’.
4. You will be redirected to the “Yes, cancel reservation” page.
5. Click on it, and your booking will be cancelled.
What is my reservation ID in Quandoo?
You will receive a unique number in the confirmation email whenever you make a booking. Check your Quandoo account for your reservation ID under “reservations”. You will also require it to redeem your loyalty points.
How do I sign up at Quandoo?
- Visit Quandoo and go to the “Sign Up” button.
- Choose to register using Facebook or Google.
- Fill in the details required and take the checkbox in the T&C.
- Click on “Join Quandoo”, and your account will be registered.
